more than the other.
any extra help would be greatly appreciated.
Also if there is a good basic reference site for general knowledge and/or tips to get the couple back on track I would really appreciate it.
Thank you all for your time and help.
Here are pics of my little setup and the main dragon in question. Her sister hypo het trans is the biggest and healthiest in the group at 50 grams. She has gained 11 grams since I got her and eats great this
Makes me even more concerned with this little gal because they have no where near the same body shape and are clutch mates.
Thanks again-

The light doesn't melt the plastic?! Unless of course, you use low wattage bulbs....

You know...you can use galvanized wire guaze to rest the light fixtures on it? You cut it so it's a little longer than the width of the Rubbermaid tub and then bend it at both end so it will fit snugly and hold on to it without falling off. It looks kindda like this [_______] except the other way down. I buy the wire guaze at OSH, or Orchard, hardware supply.... Note: this is galvanized wire guaze, not chicken wire mesh. The wires are a little thicker than the chicken wire mesh...and last much, much longer.

Oh, yeah.... They are a little thicker and studier than the chicken wire mesh....

I'm sorry that's wire mesh, too, but not chicken wire mesh...! [chuckle]

acidophiliz is a probiotic for reptiles, most often recommended to dragons who are on or just finished a round of antibiotics/dewormer.

From the look of the dragons who are not eating well..they seem very thin...I would bring them to a vet and if possible, bring in a fresh stool sample from each.

After reading the description of your setups...20" for a UVB 10.0 bulb seems off to me. I use the Repti-sun (or Repti-glo, always get the brand names mixed up..whichever one is made by Exo Terra) 10.00 tubes at about 12" above the basking area without any issues. IF you are using MVB bulbs, 20" is about right, as they do push out alot more UVB than a tube.

Are you sure on the basking temps? Also, never really considered the temp guns to be all that great at getting air temps..they are better suited for surface temps.

For the ill looking/non eating dragons, try putting a solid barrier between it and the adjacent cages (ie sheet of cardboard between the two rubbermaid tubs). ALso, stop bathing them...its just putting them under needless stress. Instead offer water via a dropper or mist them lightly (use luke warm water, not cold, and change water every time you mist..so it doesn't get stagnant or start tasting lke plastic)
