Do rough greens like open-air caging?

Do they require the humidity of a closed cage or will screen caging work for them? I was thinking of keeping one outside in a screen cage (So Calif), at least during good weather, but I'm asking here first.. Thanks.

I'm sure they wouldn't mind the fresh air...
Just make sure the cage is shaded from the sun (or not in the sun too long), make sure there's a area in the cage where the snakes could go to incase they are in the sun and want out.
As well as a decent sized water bowl (more like a swimming pool), and plenty of food and they should be alright.
