White headed snakes?

Hey guys, figured this would be the best place to ask. Stumbled upon this little guy online. The image is tagged 'Enulius Enuliophis sclateri'.

Anything anyone can tell me about this species, like have any attempts been made to keep them captive, what they eat, etc? I don't hold much hope for owning one but I can dream.

After doing a quick search online I see they're found in South America... So that answers your question as to why there are none in captivity.
Might be one somewhere, who knows though. I've never heard of them until today... Looks like it's probably a reptile eater. Also looks a little like a piebald mussurana.
