Okay so had this dragon since the get go and hes probably about 7 months old. This guy doesnt do anything but sleep. I had him checked out at a vet and hes healthy they said but this guys pulse is flatline, he does nothing. which is cool but just doesnt seem right. I'll start with the setup which i think is fine. i got him in a 4 ft boamaster cage with one side around 95 from the megaray bulbs and the other side around 75-80. diet consists of some superworms and mainly dubia roaches with some turnip greens, mustard greens, chopped carrots with some yellow squash that every other night the he eats a little of. thats about it, he eats and poops and if the little booger isnt doing that hes sleeping. i have to take his hide out during the day or he will just sleep forever if hes not hungry. Thanks for your time guys.

Your cage is too cool, raise the basking temp to 100-120F surface temp. 90F is not warm enough for proper food digestion etc.

Ok I raised it up to 117 now. I did have it higher briefly at first but he always had his mouth open and I read they do that when they're too hot to let out heat, so I lowered it. Thanks alot.

Gaping is fine, as long as there are cooler areas in the cage for him to go to to get out of the heat.
