What's up with the lower jaw, looks underdeveloped ?
Look like it. The raised shin scales say so (circled in red)

Here is mine (shin scales circled in red). The albino head does look mis-shapend either from years of running into walls, battle wounds, or poor diet. There appears to be a green iguana tail in the photo also. Looking at the substrate it is on, it appears to be outdoors, so this photo may have been taken at the green iguana farm on Roatan.
