Which of the carpet pythons are the most pleasent to handle/work with? I like carpets but want to avoid getting bit.

All baby snakes are going to be nippy.

I work with coastals, IJ, Jag and Jungles here and the only one that has remained nippy was my IJ. No reason why.

It is next to impossible to say which species is less nippy. On the whole, carpets are a more mellow species from their long term captive breeding.

WHICH IS YOUR FAVORITE OVERALL?

My personal favorite that I work with are coastals. They are the largest of the carpets, they tend to have a very unusual variety in colors, I have them here and they range from gold/brown to blue/green. And their size. I love the larger snakes but this is WAY easier to handle.
