WOW! Eve you know the yellers have a special place in my heart. LOL. I think those are better looking than any diskersonae or vestigium! Man what a pair! Do you have locality data on them? I am thinking western Colorado or Utah???

Very Nice!
Tom

Blasphemy! Sorry Tom, I must disagree. I love the yellow heads, but I've got to say vestigium and, especially dickersonae are cooler looking overall. I like the body shape of the insularis group better... longer snouts and latterally flattened tails. I'm kind of partial to blue, as well, and you can't beat a nice dickersonae in that respect. At least the darker ones, that are more of a deep cobalt blue.

Those are some nice looking yellow heads, though Eve.

Thank you nice to see ya both :0) These have been in captivity for a couple seasons and are truely a gorgeous pair.

As far as which or who is most beautiful..... I love EACH species for their own beauty.

* Theres nothing more cool looking than a vestigium, and yes I too love the long snout and powerful back end and tail that enables them to jump so much more gracful than C. collaris. Also the neat pattern of the vesties... I do love them.

*Never had Dickerson but they are lovely as well.

**Yellowheads, and Aquaflames, take the cake on Spectacular color, Brightness and just Magnificent to look at.

All the other easterns/ mixes make life interesting with all the many colors and patterns,,, It makes my day- each day, looking at each of them and WOWING over them as well.

:0) I keep them all and that's my last word,,, hehehee lol.

ha, ha...

OK...I'm more of an aquaflame guy myself. Have always liked the yelloweheads, but find them more sensitive than the Aq flames.
Dickersonae are nice, but have never owned any. Nice to look at as are all the collareds.

Oh, man! You guys got some awesome lizards! I'm drooling all over myself! [laugh] A lot of people tend to overlooked these guys, but I think they are some of the prettiest and fascinating lizards to keep. Kindda reminds me of a miniature T-rex without the mundane looks of the monitors. Of course there are exceptions, like the Ackies and roughneck and I think that's just about the only species of monitors that I will keep.
