speedyandmerlin Jun 13, 2011 12:18 PM

Seven little monsters born on the 11'th!!!!
Green phase and mean as hell right now.
Sorry for the horrible pictures, it was a bad camera day.
After they get some meals in them they will all be available for sale except for maybe one. I have no idea of the gender ratio at this time.

Thanks for the kind words you guys.
I found another one the day after I posted, good hider I guess.
7 of the 8 took their fist meal last night, I'm stoaked!
Anyone know what the average litter size for these are?
Once again, sorry the pictures are not that clear.

Those are really big babies. I have a yearling green that's about the size of your babies.

I've had clutches of mandarin phase from 3 to 24. I've had one clutch of greens totaling 2.

Congratulations on the babies. Not enough people work with these guys. You've done your part to help bring that number up.

I appreciate the info. I'm just curious, I can't find much usefull info on the internet that I'm looking for.
I took the one that didn't eat a couple days ago out for a handling/crawling session last night.
I brought the tape measure with me and that one was 20 inches?!?!
I was just thinking over 12 inches by looking.
After 30+ years of keeping snakes, I still get so blown away at what their capable of.
Eight 20 inch neonates from a 4 1/2 - 5 foot snake, amazing.

Hi Tom;

I recently acquired the litter from Danny, and once I establish that all are feeding, and probe each animal to confirm sexes, I will be posting most of the babies for sale.

I am a regular poster in the Kingsnake.com classifieds and I expect to have the animals posted within the next 2-3 weeks, or feel free to contact me directly at gary@gsreptiles.com

All the best!
