I have a juvenile red and I'm wondering what I should be feeding her. Currently she is eating cooked egg whites, (the vet said the yolk has waaaay too much cholesterol for these little guys) lean ground turkey, meal worms, and superworms. I supplement with calcium and D3. Just want to make sure my girl is getting everything she needs.

Sounds great. You could add some crickets, appropriately sized rodents and soft fruits for more variety! Good luck.
