Possibly a "Thamnodynastes", maybe "Thamnodynastes paraguanae"

Thanks, this is a first step!

Thamnodynastes paraguanae doesn't seem to occur in Pantanal...

I've find occurencies of the 4 following species, but I am not able to ID which one of the four it could be...
- Thamnodynastes chaquensis
- Thamnodynastes strigatus
- Thamnodynastes hypoconia
- Thamnodynastes lanei

Does it help?

It's hard for me to say, but it looks a heck of alot like the preserved Thamnodynastes hypoconia specimen in this link below. They can fade a bit in the jars, and these are far from my forte, but that is probably my best guess. But it also looks pretty close to the one on the left too, who knows.

preserved Thamnodynastes

I agree with Thamnodynastes, but I wouldn't know what species.
