Hatchling with egg sac.Please help

johnnyd5844 Jun 27, 2011 10:42 PM

My eggs started hatching today and one of the babies still has its yolk sac and is lot less active than the rest. What can I do to save him?

I would put him in a seperate container on damp paper towel so that the you=lk sac doesn't get too dry and leave him in the incubator for 2-3 more days. I've had this happen a couple of times. They either absorb it or it dries up and drops off but either way it shrivels up and fall off and they get on with their little lives.
