I posted this guy on another forum. Caught in 2001 and passed on in 2010 after a long struggle from injuries he recieved after his one and only escape. I was able to keep him alive for one year but his digestive tract was never the same.

Looks like a nice "nebraska" type albino radix. Where about was he caught?

Hi Jeff,

I caught that snake in Macon County (Decatur, IL) back in 2001. I searched that area a lot and never found another snake...not even a normal plains. That day (Easter Sunday) I walked the tracks about 150 yards at most and found nothing. About 5 yards from my car I flipped a piece of trash (an old seed corn bag) and there were two snakes under...a small normal plains and this albino.
