Herp Law/Legal Digest Here

EricWI Jul 09, 2011 06:15 PM

After having had contemplated this, I have decided to make some changes (for the better) in the way I post legislative/legal news articles here on Kingsnake.com that I am hoping will result in a far more centralized, "one stop" and much more easily readable herp legislative/legal news digest hosted by Kingsnake.com. I am hoping that this will provide a better and more efficient means of conveying news pertaining to herpetoculture and our ability to own, trade, and propagate herps. Please see the below link to a posting containing more detailed information. I would also like to hear any other ideas or discussions one may have about this idea.

Kingsnake moderators, can one of you please make this post a Sticky Topic so that it remains at the top for all to see?

this is a great idea. i hope more people start getting involved in keeping up on the local legislation. its hard to do if you dont know where to look. do you think maybe you could people a general idea on how to look up their state legislation. also i try to keep up on my states PA legislation. i always try to do my homework on legislation before i post any info about it. could i send you info i find out and links to everything and where i got my info so you know its quality information before you post it. i know your a usark support and everybody knows im not. i really dont think any of that matters at this point and i would like to help get important information out to people any way i can. iv been telling people to get involved and start doing research so they can understand whats going on and can help inform others. the more people educate themselves on their state legislation the better they will understand how the whole system works and will be able to fight it and stop some bills easily.
