I found huge grubs in my backyard that I had dug-up doing yardwork. Big fat white grubs with blackish heads.

I fed them to only one dragon as a test. Bad decision... within no time at all:
The dragon acquired parasites and it was very difficult to get it under control. Dragon was pooping blood.

I house all my dragons separate and Im a stickler about husbandry.

Also:
I had a female (huge healthy and ravenous girl) that I fed live caught anoles. Once again, very bad parasite and she actually died after vet treatments bills etc.

Never feed anything live-caught/wild.

You will regret it.

Yeah, have to agree here, too much risk in the grubs having parasites, among other things. No clue how clean your rabbit's poop is and it could be full of other bacteria, not to mention organisms like salmonella and e-coli. Best to use insects from safe sources.

thats kinda what i thought. Ive given them earth worms before with no problems but i knew what was in the soil and where the worms came from. but someone who knows nothing about reptiles insisted that the grubs would be fine. i argued which brought me here lol. thanks
