Has any one ever produced a specimen the exhibited both types in one snake?
On NERDS web site it says the two morphs are incompatible I didn't know if they meant when bred together they produce double hets but no albino (witch is what happens) and the two genes could not be exhibited in one snake. So if you breed the double hets would there be a snake that exhibited some sort of unique characteristic or would there only be ones that appeared albino and others amel?
Only double hets have been produced so far that i know of, but we should be seeing amel albinos sometime within the next few years.
The amel and albino are not compatible only because they are different lines of albinism. You can have normals that are 100% double hets if you had a visual of each strain bred together(clark&amel), which has been done.
Thank you for the response!
