Its styrofoam covered in vinyl concrete patch. Small bag from lowes. Then painted with cheap non toxic acrylic. Most of the concrete patch is only about an 1/8 of an inch thick. Spread by hand(with latex glove) in its upright position. Accomplished by doing several patches at a time.
