She got into the garden so I took some pictures before pulling her out.

Eyeballing the girls' toes.

Nope, decided against it.

By the way, the "she" is pure speculation. Nana was found wandering the yard of a coworker and when noone claimed her after a few days she was brought to me because I was the "weird pet guy" at work. That was a year ago this summer so it worked out just fine.

She's pretty well flat across the belly. I'll try and get a pic this evening. It's already good and hot so she's holed up.

if shes flat...with a really really short tale...then shes a she...Redfoot males have a strong concave belly....

she's colored very much like my junior, the way the yellow and orange is on her head. if she was found wandering, if you haven't already, a fecal check by a vet can make sure she doesn't have any parasites... generally a good idea to make sure she's getting all the benefits she can from her food and your garden! and watch those toes, junior will nip mine when she is frisky, especially if i have a bright nail polish on!
