spotted turtle

I have an adult female spotted turtle who has an eye infection in right eye. It wouldnt be a big deal but I also noticed that the right side of her beak has a small hole in it. Not sure if it is related but is this anything that sounds familiar as far as a rot or ailment? I have found if she eats or not as I just pulled her out of the outside pond andnoticed it
