My little blue phase greens are finally eating like they are supposed to! I am seeing empty plates and they are not as skinny! They are also shedding!

Congrats! Hopefully mine will get there soon. Having to hold him and feed him by hand daily is ok, but sometimes I don't always have the time! Any tips on what you did to bring around the change?

"The difference between 'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an egg-and-ham breakfast: the chicken was 'involved' - the pig was 'committed'."
When I moved them outside I noticed they started nibbling a bit. Since they were eating at least a bit on their own, I decided to try not hand feeding them. When my husband daughter went out of town and I moved them back in (because it was too hard to take care of them outside in the double cage by myself) I resisted the urge to go back to hand feeding, even though they didn't eat the first couple of days again. I just kept enticing them with squash, putting the same dish in the same spot every day. Eventually, they started eating more and now they are pretty much cleaning their plates, whether they have squash or just greens!
