Export of CB Abronia from US

Hey,

Does anyone have any info on exporting CB Abronia from US to Canada, or for that matter from Europe to US, Canada, etc. I understand these animals are not CITES listed, but at protected in Mexico, however if there any laws preventing the shipment of captive animals from countries where they are not native to?
