How much is that snakie in the window?

Juno's checking herself out. She's still a shy girl, and although she never strikes at me or musks, she sure does hiss like a teakettle! By far the most vocal snake I've ever had.

That's a beautiful JCP. One of the best things about them is they're always out and make great display snakes. Thanks for sharing.

Ohhh you want vocal, hit the bloods! I have never noticed any of my morelia vocal, but then again I have the bloods and that may just make everything else quiet! Glad she is doing well for ya!

I have to laugh, because it has the opposite effect on what she's going for! "Fweet fweet" is way more cute than it is intimidating!

I've always wanted a blood, but it seems like most of the local guys here aren't into them. I'd like to interact with an adult before I dive in.

Husbandry is a great thing!

First Morelia Cheynei Spilota (AKA your jugle) is nocturnal

so the bathroom stage with all the lights is stressful and your

snake is looking for a dark place to hide. The hissing is the snake excurting as much force as it can to get to a safe spot (typical of captive snakes) all Herps choose Fight or Flight response. Please do as much research to learn about the wonderful creature you have held captive.
