...does anyone else keep breed this species. Of all my snakes, this one is always a thrill. Very hearty but sadly starting to calm down a bit ...doesn't even hiss sometimes, like a big lump of milk toast ...well, not quite

That is an AWESOME looking snake, Brad! I would love to see more of those in the hobby. Maybe some day, I wil try to get some myself - I love the uncommon snakes - especially when they have attitude too. LOL

The colors and pattern on that thing are too cool Brad! I've never kept them personally and have only seen babies but they didn't have that kind of color.

Thanks guys As many of us know, they are very "racer" like and very high energy. But, she handles well believe it or not, even though it seems she's always about to tag ya. She has that kind of intelligent demeanor you see in Masticophis.

I suspect the stock for this originated in Pakistan but if anyone else knows anything about that, please chime in.

I'm getting more interested in Asian species. Can someone tell me more about keeping Diadema and who's working with them?

East Bay Vivarium in California has had them and I think may breed them. They're around, just not very common. I truly enjoy mine ...awesome snake, nothing else quite like it.

Here's a little general info on them.
