Looks like a Jampea or Kayuadi in a dark mood in need of a humidity box or a soak. It is amazing how colors can change with temp, mood feeding etc.
These have reduced pattern neck, thin one scale reticulations that often run as a few open chain like reticulations down the back, and stay smaller than other morphs.

Yep. Definitely some Jamp blood based on the same observations as Murdoch. I would also agree that these are going to stay on the smaller end of the spectrum.
