Scaleless Texas Rat

AllenSheehan Oct 13, 2011 05:54 PM

I am sorry but I have to show this girl off. She is one of the nicest scaleless Texas Rats I have seen. Unfortunately for me she is not mine. She belongs to Graham Criglow. I get to baby sit her over the next few months and will be introducing her to one of my funky males next spring. I am stoked.

Thanks
Allen Sheehan

Cool Allen!.......I held one a few years ago, and it felt like soft crushed velvet.

Actually it felt more like standing in front of a urinal if ya know what I mean..LMAO!!

I'm excited too! I have a male scaleless from Graham. He mentioned that you guys were doing some interesting crosses with the scaleless gene!

If you got one of Grahams Scaleless I am sure it will grow into a real looker. He has an impressive collection for sure. Yea we hope to make some really cool scaleless morphs in the near future. I am really excited about it for sure

Thanks guys! It hurt to let Allen take 'em on loan for this coming season but he has some AMAZING TX Rat morphs that we can make double hets out of. That female pictured is the best one I own.

I just purchased a Scaleless Everglades (Gourmet Rodent line)yesterday- excited to see how the colors vary- esp. when they change from juvenile blotches to adult stripes.

This coming season- 2012- we should be producing BHB line Scaleless Cornsnakes.

There's going to be alot of new & amazing scaleless stuff hit the market in the next few years. It's about time we get all these rumors & myths about them dispelled and get the truth out to the hobbyists. They shed fine, eat fine (F/T of course--- I wouldn't feed one a live adult mouse), live fine, etc. They really spark people's curiosity and are a hit at educational talks/displays. They're really a joy to work with.

Cheers,
Graham
