Survivors at Two Months

norristhenut Oct 14, 2011 07:54 PM

Here are three of a clutch of seven born August 17th that survived. These three are eating very good and started eating
small worms at one month old. I keep there living area about 70 degrees and humid. They are seen here having a soaking bath where
I let them in about twenty minutes it's kind of funny they all sleep together and all wake up together. Someone told me to feed them to make sure it was red and moving well when I cut up their worms and the worms are wiggling all around they go after them and when the worms stop moving they stop chasing them, go figure.
Believe it or not they are quite entertaining and funny. I have a two year old and a 1 year old too they are even more entertaining. Just thought I'd share.

They are precious! It's interesting because I have some about the same size. One is very light colored with a lot of yellow on the legs, tail, and head, while the others are dark with spots of yellow here and there. I see your's have some red on them. Did their parents have red on them too?

The dad is a classic red-orange and brown and the mom has some deep red and dark brown, unless it's in the genes..)
