Got this turtle from a hole in the wall asian fish store in california- its solid black, 12 scutes (I think thats what you call it) on his underside, long tail and very, very faint yellow stripes on the side of his neck

Offhand, I'd say it's an older Reeves turtle, but that's just a guess
