Repti Racks/ball python rack

mykole99 Nov 06, 2011 04:59 PM

I just wanted to know what people thought about Repti racks. I curretnly own the ball room rack from Boaphile and I really like it but wanted to try something different for my hatchlings. Repti racks has a 24 tub Hatchling rack that fits V-18 vision hatchling tubs. I think it looks amazing and the price is not bad. So I would like to hear what people think; good or bad. Also, feel free to make other suggestions

From my experience Repti Racks is a good company. I bought a couple four foot cages from them and they arrived in one piece, ready to use out of the box. Good quality materials and great customer service. I was very pleased. The only catch is the lead time. Orders from them take a month or two to get to, then assemble. They have a comment section with the ordering process so you can customize your order to meet your needs or you can email them first with any questions and they'll reply quickly. All in all, if you got the patience it's great company and yes, they're prices aren't bad either.

As far as customer service, they're pretty great. Very fast response time. Unfortunately, I can't say any more than that yet. It's been 15 weeks and they haven't even started on my one rack yet. I am the kind of person who would be willing to spend 50 more bucks to not have to wait 4-5 months to get something, so that doesn't fare well with me so far.
