helenthereef Nov 16, 2011 11:07 PM

I have a friend desperate to photograph Thorny Devils in the wild or captivity, USA or Australia no problem. Does anyone have any contacts?
Many thanks

Although I have not been, the Alice Springs Reptile Park has successfully maintained and reproduced Molochs for almost (if not in excess of) ten years now. There are a few private keepers working with the species in Australia, but I do not know of any in the U.S. Very few keepers have the devotion to provide up to 1,000 myrmecine ants per lizard per day!

Many thanks, I found their website and will pass it along to my friend

It looks very likely, as you say not many people can keep an ant farm that size!

thanks again
