large bumps at base of tail

hi guys. recently my leopard gecko has developed bumps at the base of her tail, under the vent. she is a female (1.5 years old) and has had an abcess on her face. i put the medicine from the abcess (teramycin) on the bumps, since it is an antibiotical cream. i have also bumped up the temperature and humidity. any help is apprechiated

that could be possible, however dont males have little bumps above the vent in a v? this leo doesnt have them, and also the bumps are actally really big. they are about the diameter of the tip of your pinky, and is 1 centimeter high

The two bumps that are below the vent are male.

The holes that are above the vent and are in a 'v' shape, don't rise above the skin, but go down, as if someone took a needle and made a bunch of pin pricks in a 'v' shape. Those "v" shaped pricks are where the male sexual organs come out of when the male and female are having sex. The females won't have the v or the big bulges at the base of the tail.

Sorry, a stupid error and mind distracted at the moment.

Everything I said is right, except that the males sex organs don't come out of the v . it comes out of where he bathrooms (cloaka)- hope I spelled that right.
