We use Reptile Basics hatchling racks. Haven't found anything better. You can get them from cold blooded novelties delivered to a local show.

I use a modified shelving system from Home Depot for all my smaller snakes (neonate sand boas, hognose, etc...). I use tubs with lids since small snakes are escape artists!
