Does my Dumeril's head look normal?

darkserpent213 Dec 07, 2011 03:54 PM

I had her for about 11 years now and I haven't really paid much attention to other adult Dumerils that people own. As i've been looking through other photos I'm starting to think she might have an issue with the top of her head (right between the eyes). Most other Dumeril's, their head seems to be pretty flat there, but hers is kinda bumpy. Its nothing hard in there, its almost like maybe she is just a bit overweight and making her head fat..lol. You can really notice it in the third picture. I've NEVER had an issue with her and she is the sweetest snake I've ever met. I just want to know if anyone else has seen a Dumeril with a lumpy area on its head?

Thats a good lookin Dum and a big one. I had a female with the "bump" head also. I don't think it is anything to worry about.
