She hasn't had anything to drink in about 3 weeks. I tied using an irrogation syringe to force her, but she has great gag reflexes. Her skin doesn't come back after I pinch it. Can someone please help me before it is too late.

Absolutely get to a vet! We can't diagnose or help with something so serious. We're not vets for one and you gave us very little information. What size is he? Do you soak him? What is the humidity in his enclosure? You said he doesn't drink but does he eat?
