Kinked up Thayeri

I was feeding tonight and after my Thayeri had eaten i was going to change her to a larger enclosure.when i picked her up she was kinda stiff and vibrating/shaking slightly and on closer inspection she was all kinked up, some good size kinks...until now she was perfect and ate every time,she didnt hesitate to eat tonight.... i had her from a hatchling and she is 2yrs old...what ever this is it developed quickly........anyone observe this before....any ideas?

I have noticed malnutrition kinks develop in hatchling Mexicana and Corns due to them being non feeders, but you say yours was eating and 2 years old. I have never heard of that before.

It sounds as if she may have gotten exposed to some petrochemical fumes or something such as that. I had a good friend that made some particle wood cages and treated them with water proofing. Cured them for 15 days and then place animals in them. All displayed the rubbery kinked snake actions from nerve damage to left over fumes. Just a thought.
