my tortise laid an egg, she is kept with a male so it is possibly fertile, please let me know what i can use for a quick nesting substrate, is plain potting soil alright? and any advice for building a quick incubator would be helpful? and what should the humidity of the incubator be? thank you for any advice.

The best way to incubate your egg is dependent upon what species of tortoise you have. If you want to email me privately, I can send you some info, but need to know what species produced the egg to be of the most help to you.
