Uro urinating

ali0306 Jan 24, 2012 08:33 AM

I've had my uro for around a month and she's a friendly little girl but quite often she urinates when I take her out of the viv. I don't handle as much (every other day and only for a few minutes at a time) and there is no-one else around so she doesn't get spooked but she still urinates a lot. I have heard this is fear - is this correct? I want to make sure she is happy, healthy and safe but don't want to ignore her. What can I do to stop this and is it fear? Thanks

This is a response to try to get you to release her basically. If you do not put her away immediately after she does this, she will learn in time, that it isnt working.
