Does final rule being posted mean that the final nail is already in, and the ban on interstate transport on yellow anacondas, Burms, and af rocks is a done deal?
As usual, elected officials spending time money and focus on easy political non issue items to prove they are doing something....

My understanding is that the only way to stop this from becoming federal law at this point would be to file a lawsuit in federal court alleging that the rulemaking procedure was improper in some manner. However, the courts typically highly favor the government "experts" who have supplied information to support this final rule. Unfortunately, I think it would be pretty tough to derail this final ruling at this point.
