Hi all,

Is it normal for these guys to chirp? I didn't feed mine early this morning as usual and later in the morning he was looking out chirping at me. This was bazarre. I actually watched him do it.

Thanks, Linda

No they don't chirp.
This could be a sign of a Respiratory Infection. What are your temperatures? Take him to a qualified exotic/reptile veterinarian ASAP!

No, he doesn't have a respiratory infection because as soon as I fed him it stopped. Temps are 100 (basking area) cool area 80 and at night 75. He has doubled in size since I got him as a baby in October. He is very active and curious-no signs of any acute illness.
