I found these near my job excatly 2 miles apart. The larger one is the male.

These are a couple recent hold back Polk County X Okeetee. I call them Polkeetee, lol.

Here's some older Polkeetees from a few years ago.

Those two Mulberry Corns have some interesting yellows going on. The male doesn't show too much in the pics, but he has some interesting yellow mixed in with the reds.

Very nice, the both of them!

Those are cool. I find myself liking "wild type" corns more and more. That one with a "straw" colored background is pretty neat, but I like them all!

I find these very appealing too. Probably the coolest thing is that I find them near my home, and many were given to me by family members who find then, and bring them to me. Many also have some interesting traits. Many look hypo-ish yet are not true hypos, many have duffusion to some degree, and some have reduced ventral pattern with color bleeding into it especially toward the tail. I've even been documenting and photgraphing road kills from this area.

This female was found by my Son-in-law where he worked at the time. It was a hatchling when he brought it to me.

Belly shot

This one was found by my Father-in-law in a BBQ pitt, as a hatchling. It also has that straw look and it's belly is gorgeous.

This one was found by my wife in the kitchen drawer. She called me at work and said one of my snakes had escaped. I told her she had to catch it. She timidly scooped it in a snake bag, as I assured her it wouldn't bite! When I got home and looked, I saw it was a wild snake. She almost fainted, lol. She likes snakes but is afraid of catching wild ones, lol!! Needless to say I named this one Kitchen. I rarely name snakes but this one stuck.

Here are some F1's

Here's one that didn't suvive, it was a super runt, but he was going to look amazing!

The first belly shot belongs to the straw colored male in the pic below it. I should have previewed the post first.

I forgot to post a pic of the one found in my Kitchen drawer. Here it is. It has a unique rust peach color that of course doesn't come thru in pics. But many of the really red F-1's were Sired by this guy.

I like your very reduced black borders animal very much. It reminds me of some of mine from up here in N. Fla. I have quite a few from my wild caught stock.

And one with normal black borders

Those first ones look very similar to some of the ones I catch here. What does the belly look like? Have you had any offspring from them?

A number of them have belly checks that are only partially black or mixed with orange check marks. I love a good Okeetee with wide black, but something about these is kinda cool too.

Yep, they are very simolar indeed. I agree they are nice! If you cross one with an Okeetee I bet the babies would be smokin.
