Can Anyone recommend a heat panel? Just for hot spot 9 months out of the year really.
High heat climate south texas, malemine and double glass.

Check out pro products. I have two heat panels from them for over 12 years and they still are working fine. Owner Bob Pound is a good guy.

I have a few Pro Products heat panels and two heat panels from The Bean Farm, which I think are the exact same product as what Boaphile sells and what Helix sells. All work great!

My Pro Products ones are over 10yrs old and still work. The Bean Farm panels are newer and "prettier" in that they have a white plastic shroud around the panel and all joints are sealed with white silicon. Functionally, I cannot tell a difference - they both heat cages in pretty much the same way. Actually they heat objects.

I believe Reptile Basics has the same model as Bean Farm but makes their own shroud and adds a replaceable fuse and maybe an indicator lamp.

The "brand" is less important. It is the size of the panel that matters.
