Has anyone purchased the required stamps for hunting reptiles in Texas yet? In theory, they were to be made available for purchase by March 1. Thanks for any light shed on this.

They are available for purchace at any Wal-mart. You may have to wait a while for them to search their system to get the right one, but they have them.

I ordered mine online from TPWD directly on September 20th. They are available. I suspect you could find it on the TPWD page faster than the Wal-Mart guy will find it. It is on this page as number 178 - www.tpwd.state.tx.us/business/licenses/public/recreational/
Then you can go to this page (https://txfgisales.appsolgrp.com/fgtxisa/ApplicationAccessDispatcher) to order the license and stamp at the same time.
If you order/pay online, you can print the receipt as a valid temporary license/stamp until the actual license comes in the mail.
