c5wolves Mar 19, 2012 02:56 PM

Are Sunspot corns the same as Cube Corns and what would a breeding pair of them be worth. I was just wondering as I am thinking about getting a pair. thank you for any info about them or pictures.

I don't have any first hand experience with them. I would be interested in hearing opinions also. I don't think I've ever seen any snakes advertised as Sunspots either? tat a posted ere a few days ago reminded me of a Striped Sunkissed. I have seen "Cubed" Corns and they have a similar look also. I just don't know what the real differences are. Except the Srriped Sunkissed are a pattern change that happens when the Sunkissed gene influences the striped gene.

Hey Rob. Don't seem to see them too much any more. I posted regarding a sunspot I have a couple of weeks ago. I always thought it was a form of motleyism. But my understanding is now that I am wrong. That it is more closely related to striping. He does have a white belly. At any rate I am breeding my male back to some female offspring as we speak and I am hoping to get some "sunspots". We will see. Am including pics (the color is a bit off on the hatchling pic." It would be nice if there were a little more contrast as has been noted.

Thank you both for the info. From what I understand Cubes and Sunspots are the same and Denbar you are right they do come from stripes. Please keep me informed on you breedings you are working on I am interested to see how it goes as I am getting a pair of Cubes. Good luck with them, look forward to hearing about your progress and seeing pics of the babies.
