My female Saharan Uromastyx has a growth on her chin and I am not sure what it is? It looks like a wart. Should I be worried? If my description of the growth isn't enough info I could take a picture and repost. Thank you, Nick.

Def take a pic and post! The first thing that comes to mind is an abscess usually causes by rubbing
