For some reason I don't take measuring tape into the field (although I really should, last year I caught my biggest snake ever). That Rubber Boa was a pretty large male. I'm going back up to that spot later this week. I'll try to remember to bring a measuring tape, because I'm curious too. The snake had some distinct scars, so it would be easy to recognize if I see it again.
