Gray tree Monitor

Ghost101 May 11, 2012 10:04 AM

I happen accross a picture today of a tree monitor that had the same patterns of a green tree monitor but appeared more gray then any graan, or perhaps it may have been a draker teal im not 100% but it looked very gray to me. I was curious if anyone know if gray tree monitors exist? Perhaps breeding a black tree with another type of tree monitor made this? Not that I want a gray one but I had to ask since I have not seena nything like it. It was pretty interesting.

There's an Australian tree Monitor in the top of Queensland called the Canopy Goanna (Varanus keithhorni). It was probably one of those you saw.

Or perhaps just a Varanus kordensis.
