guinea pigs as food vs rats

Any feedback on nutritional value of rats vs guinea pigs?

i know a while back that i saw a comparison. I have an inexpensive source of both but wonder pound for pound if there is an advantage of one over another.

gp's are higher in total fat than rats. That being said, im a big believer in food variety (as long as the snake will go back switch easy)
