In case anyone is interested, a few select Petcos around the country did get a few blue phase green iguanas in this year after all. I know of four blues that were just purchased in the area of north Houston, Texas. I don't know about any others. I would love to get another but only if I were sure of getting a female, but that isn't likely so I will pass this time.

They have a deal with a farm in El Salvador owned by Flukers. They sell them for $150 for new hatchlings. Last year, however,the survival rate was pretty low. I hope the ones this year will do better since several of my friends have purchased some.
