Venomous hep laws are a bit convaluted in Oregon..Does anyone here have a link or know how the law reads?...Thanks

It would appear that venomous species that are not native to N. America are restricted on a species basis. The document also states that species that aren't "classified" on this document are also prohibited. Of course this would depend upon the integrity of current scientific nomenclature.

Actually, as I continue to peruse the document, it becomes apparent that some species are being restricted (or non-restricted) based on criteria that I can't quite figure out. It may have something to do with exotic species introduction.
