I've heard/read couple things in the past about Jeff's customer service being questionable. Well i'm hear to tell you thats completely false.
I had some issues with Paypal involving my address and I called the Boaphile to make sure my cage would be shipped to the right place. Not only did he answer on the first call, but knew what I was talking about right away. To top it off, just a couple minutes after getting off the phone, he called me back just to ensure everything was perfect and double check the shipping address.
1st class service if you ask me. I don't see how anyone could say otherwise.
