Does any one else here have massive problems with fruit flies? I recently bought 2.2 EBT's and very much enjoy them except for the clouds of flies that have developed during the day on their fruit veggie salad. I am at my wits end. I have decorated the house with fly paper and foaming apple cider vinegar traps to no avail!
I'd like to move them outside, but that is not a year round solution, and not feasible right at this moment. Currently I have them in a large "turtle table" made from a bookshelf. Thank you for your time!!!

Just remove any uneaten food after the turtle is finished, but honestly I've never had any problem because my turtles usually eat all of their salad. Good luck!

Thank you for your input. I finally got sick of the fruit flies and built them an outdoor pen. One problem solved.
