Here's a few quick pics of the introduced Ctensaura sp. at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. I read that (Reptiles of Arizona website): "The lizards that exist at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum are a genetic cross between Ctenosaura conspicuosa (San Esteban Island Spiny-tailed Iguana) and C. hemilopha macrolopha (Sonoran Spiny-tailed Iguana).

Neat to see them "in the wild".

The three pictures are of 2 different iguanas (top pic 2011...bottom 2 pics 2010). Those were the largest ones I saw... a few juveniles running around in 2011... We'll be out there again in mid august so I'll snap some more photos.
